Ordering Q. How can I
order Destinee’ – Eploriums trademark products?
A.
The only channel at the present, at which any Destinee’ – Eploriums
trademark product can be purchased is via on-line at its For Da Streets.com
web-site. There are two easy
ways to order products from the site:
First: If purchasing on-line, you can browse
through the For Da Streets.com web-site and select those items you want
to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have finished
shopping, you proceed to checkout and pay for your order with either
a credit card or “PayPal”
account (which can be setup and established
as you are checking out from the purchase).
Second:
If you preferred to purchase off-line, browse the site as earlier
mentioned, and instead of adding any product to the shopping cart you
would simply click on the off-line ordering link.
Fill in the appropriate fields for product description, quantity,
size and color and either email or fax in your order.
Q. How do I
know that Destinee’ - Eploriums received my order?
A. For on-line purchases, after you click on the “pay”
button on the "Make Your Payment" screen, you
will receive a receipt ID number and contact information on “your
transaction” screen for you to print out for immediate reference.
Secondly, an email will be sent to the email address used in
placing your order that will detail the contents of the order, payment
and shipping information; in addition to your receipt ID number. Please
verify that the two receipt ID’s from your payment screen and the email
are the same. If you do not
receive a confirmation email with the receipt ID number and the purchase
& shipping information or if you have addition questions, please

or call at 1-866-668-0863 between 8am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday,
so that we can help you complete and/or confirm your order.
For off-line purchases,
After your order is received and processed, you will receive either
an email and/or phone call by a customer service rep. to confirm your
placement and total amount of the order including any shipping and handling
costs. Once your order has been
confirmed it will be filled and shipped once your money order, check
or credit card information has been received to secure payment.
It is our goal and
extreme pleasure to put out a verbiage line & product of consciousness
that allows you to express your individual thoughts, ideologies and
beliefs without ever saying a word.

If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase order, please return it for an immediate
refund or exchange. See our
Refunds and Exchanges section for further instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it
in new & unused condition within 30 days of the purchase, for an
exchange or refund. (Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable.)
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, with the exception
of money order payments, which will be issued by check.
Include the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.
Use the return address label attached to the packing slip. Send package
securely wrapped insured and pre-paid. Any discount received as part
of a “BUY ONE – GET ONE” promotion will be forfeited if either item
is returned for credit.

Q. When does
Sales Tax get charged? A.
State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents who
live in states where we have established offices. Destinee’ - Eploriums
has offices or is required to collect sales tax in the State of California.
Shipping We ship orders via UPS ground and US
Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO
addresses. |

contest or promotion or simply just browsing, your privacy is very important

The information we gather is used to improve the content of our
Web Site and to notify you about current solutions, products, services,

their telephone numbers online may be contacted by us regarding an order
they have placed. We will not call you regarding any promotions or share

The security of your personal information, credit card
transactions, and purchases is our top priority at Destinee’ – Eploriums.
We’ve put many safeguards into our electronic on-line store so
that you can enjoy your shopping experience without having to worry
about credit card fraud and identity & information theft.
Our secure shopping system is made up of three layers:
1. The first layer "Safe Technology" is the most visible to you. Through the use of PayPal (an
Ebay company) to complete purchase transactions, their Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology is an industry standard and among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions. Using RSA key technology,
the PayPal web server is stable and secure, so that you can shop via
the web without worry and without risk. All of your personal information
including credit card number, name, and address is encrypted, so that
it cannot be read as it is transmitted over the Internet.
PayPal automatically encrypts
your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours
using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with the encryption key
length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you ever register or log on to our site, our sever checks
that you are using an approved browser-one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches
us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and
electronically. Our severs sit
behind an electronic firewall and are never directly connected to the
internet, so your private information stays private.
